Shipping: fast shipping! I will ship your items to you the same day I receive your payment whenever possible. When payments are made after 2 p.m. Monday thru Friday or on weekends and Holidays I will ship your item the next business day. Packing, time, gas supplies, and fees are included, so if shipping is high, please pass on my items, thank you. I am always willing to combine shipping costs (combined shipping First Class or Priority, whichever is best for the items/quantity) when more than one item is purchased, so check out the other items that I have listed! 

Refunds: Only for gross errors. Not for remorse or very minor things such as an excuse.
