MotoCzar.com strives to sell used vintage motorcycles parts with the highest service level possible. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order and hope that they return to us for their next parts purchase. We are not experts on every aspect of each part that is being sold, and if there are specific questions or part parameters that you would like to know about it is up to the customer to notify us before purchase. We do not accept returns on AS-IS auctions because they are priced in a way so as to give the buyer the best possible opportunity to enhance, customize, refurbish or do as they see fit with the part.  If for any reason there is a problem with a purchase please let us know within 5 days of receipt of the part so that we can come up with a way to make you 100% satisfied.

*For any returns on OEM Manufactured parts that came in original packaging and not sold as open box or NOS there will be a restocking fee of %20 . If the part has been used or shows signs of wear which where not present at the time of sale there might be delays with issuing a refund.

If any part is defective, mislabeled, or incorrectly described / mistakenly presented in the wrong manner in the description please let us know immediately so we can remedy the issue.
