Antique Victorian Ornate Brass Inkstand with 2 Lidded Inkwells (Desktop Office)

This is an Antique Victorian Ornate Brass Inkstand with 2 Lidded Inkwells. This is in excellent condition. The piece is made from brass with a stunning, ornate patterned design. The base of the piece id rectangular with elaborately shaped edges complimenting the shapes in the patterning. The brass has acquired a beautiful patina and verdigris. The two inkwells are identical. They have a curved, cylindrical shaping with hinged lids. Each lid has a ridged knob to the top. The two inkwells can be unscrewed from the bottom to remove them for cleaning. This is a genuine Victorian piece, which is highly collectable.
