Antique Early 20th C Cast Iron Balance Scales with Set of 4 19th C Weights

These are Antique Early 20th C Cast Iron Balance Scales with Set of 4 19th C Weights. These are in excellent condition and are in full working order. The scales are made from cast iron with a mild, black, glossed finish. They come with a brass pan. The brass pan has acquired a patina through time, which enhances the appearance of the scales. The scales come with four weights from the 19th century. They are weighted: 7lbs, 2lbs, 1lb and 1/2 lb. The scales are marked to the body: TO WEIGH 7LB. The scales are ideal for weighing ingredients for cooking and baking, among multiple other uses. The scales have a beautiful, genuine, antique appearance, which as well as being functional, will add a decorative touch to the home.
