Rare Vintage Soviet Unique Strange, Tool for Aligning Tin Can Lids Handmade by Prisoners (ITK) Made in USSR 1970-80s

A tool made to align and reuse disposable glass jar lids.  In Soviet times, they tried to save money on everything, which is why such a device was invented.  Nothing like this has ever been sold in stores.  An exclusive and single sample of such an instrument.  Made almost entirely of stainless steel.
