Transportation method:
Generally, you will receive your package in approximately 5-15 working days (excluding delays due to weather and customs).
Note: We can provide a tracking number for you to check the status of your item after we deliver it.   For international shipments, some countries may impose tariffs, which are the buyer's responsibility.   S&H charges do not include any of these charges.   We are not responsible for the delay of customs clearance in buyer's country, but we will provide some documents to help with customs clearance.   If the item has been in customs or post office for a few days, please actively contact your local customs, otherwise the buyer will pay for resend or refund shipping in addition to shipping if the item is returned to us.

3.Returns can be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
4.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or freight.   These charges shall be borne by the buyer.
5.Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional charges will be prior to bidding/purchasing

Only within one week after receipt of the package can apply for refund or exchange, and according to the received condition. Please contact us to request return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for the return should be included in the email.
2. All returned items must contain all original packaging materials. Please repack carefully. Returned items will be tested and, if found to be defective, new replacements will be shipped to the buyer immediately.
If no suitable substitute is available, a refund will be issued.
Iv. If the item is found to be free of defects, the item will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense, and please provide the returned tracking number. Thank you.
Buyer IS responsible FOR all return postage and transportation costs. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if the item is returned, rejected and/or cannot be delivered. We do not accept returns of any boxes or labels without an authorization number.
