Vintage new deadstock knit elastic girdles, 1960s. These two don't have the original sales tag, but they're from the "Slimtite" company. Made of a Lycra, nylon, acetate elastic blend. This elastic fabric is much lighter than the 1950s girdles of this style I've listed. Includes four detachable garters/suspenders. 100% nylon panty gusset. Very small when unstretched, but it stretches about 1.5 times the unstretched measurements. This lighter kind of girdle would have been worn by teenagers, slender young women, and women playing sports or engaging in recreational activities during the early 1960s.
