Vintage US Navy wool dress blue pants, size 31.  Good condition.  These are from my father-in-law's estate and so far I've found these pants and jumper tops in several different sizes.  Some of these items have names on the labels, most do not. 

The inside tag lists these as "31" but the tag on the outside says "29".  Tightly laced, the waist measures 15" across with an inseam of 31.5".
