1950’s Womens VIntage Navy Suit Jacket Embroidered Arrows Rayon & Dacron XS

This is an amazing suit jacket.  Very fitted in a quite small size so please check measurements.  This lovely jacket just fits the mannequin.  She measures: bust 32 1/2," waist 26 1/2," hips 35 1/2."  No size tag evident in the jacket unless it is the light pencil marks on the back of the 2nd paper tag and I can't read them.  Please check "item specifics" above for detailed measurements.  Please allow ease for movement!

Although the label suggests this was manufactured in the 1950's it has a very elegant 1940's look.

Beautiful styling, workmanship, fabric, pearl buttons, loop for button under Peter Pan collar, embroidered arrows at shoulders, 2 front pockets (clothespin stuck in one to highlight), turned up cuffs that are rounded at outside "slit," most seams finished with satiny seam binding, unlined.  When laid flat this jacket looks like it has a slight peplum but when on mannequin it does not - the waist is just quite nipped in and the flare is to accommodate the hips.
