- Naftifine is active against dermatophyte skin localized fungi, e.g. trichophyton, microsporon and epidermophyton species), yeasts (Candida species, Pityriasis versicolor), fungi (Aspergillus species) and other fungi (eg Sporothrix schenkii)
- In addition to its antifungal action, naphthifine also has antibacterial activity by acting on a wide range of gram-positive or gram-negative microorganisms that frequently occur in association with the fungal condition
Exoderil is indicated for: fungal infections of the skin or skin folds (Tinea corporis, Tinea inguinalis)
