 Warranty information:
Yeenon adapter comes with 12 months of warranty from date  the of purchase, including free replacement and repair(due to factory defect). Any damage made by inappropriate use by the buyer is not included within the warranty,thus we do not suggest you disassemble the adapter by yourself.
If there is any quality issue,please request refund within 30 days after receiving the item. We will refund the payment once we receive the return item.


Shipping:

Now express mail will be use as standard on all our items due to it takes about one month shipping time via China Post regardless on destinations, and we received some complaints regarding shipping time, express mail will normally take 7 to 10 working days . but due to the law and legislations in China, it requires our customer’s telephone number which including area and country codes . But if you still want cheap shipping via China post you can leave us a message when you are buying the item so we can change the postage for you.
