Vintage, original Cold War period Air Ministry Planisphere.

I believe these are very scarce. these were used for ground training cadets and aircrew in training

Due to the age I am selling as found.

I bought a number of these recently at auction. The one pictured has sold and I opened it to get the photos and details.

This item is identical and comes in a factory sealed plastic bag wrapped in two layers of tissue. Inside is a black folder containing the planisphere, the equatorial grid and a yellow marker. I think the marker could be wax as there were a few bits that inside the folder. Pen has not been tested. Planisphere and grid were bound together with elastic band which has now perished. Please see photos before bidding.
