It is a Pokemon flower card released in 2013.

I opened it once and looked at the contents, but I haven't touched it since then, and the bill is in mint condition.
I peeled off the seal on the bottom and opened it instead of the usual opening method.
There are traces of opening, but no cracks. Please refer to the 8th photo.
There are no scratches on the plastic case inside. Photos 1-4
The plastic case for hanging on the outside shelf that is not shown in the photo has a lot of scratches, but I will attach it for the time being.
