This is a Vintage Lisa Frank Party Favors "Pens With Dangles " New In Package unused. Contents contain 8 Pens With Dangles. I did not see any date on this item but is older. The pens are multicolored, some have teddy bears at the top along with stars and the dangles looks to be sparkly jewels in the shape of stars and diamond heart shapes. Very nice display and very cute item! The card is nice and straight and has bright colors. This has no odor or musty smell and has been in my collection for years. This is really cute and would make a wonderful addition to your Vintage Lisa Frank Collection!! This is SOLD AS-IS.
