Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day upon cleared receipt of payment.

Returns Information

If at any time within 60 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement.

Products must be returned in their ORIGINAL box, including device, charger, battery, instructions, and other components where applicable.

All returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received.

If an item becomes faulty after 60 days it qualifies for a warranty claim up to 2 years from receiving your order.

Once your returned item has been received and checked, either a refund will be initiated via eBay or alternatively a replacement item can be arranged.
