2. About the network required: The router supports the 2.4GHz band (802.11b / g / n). Not suitable for 5G WiFi, please make sure your router is not 5GHz WiFi before using the camera
3. If the camera is disconnected from the WiFi, this may be related to the reason that the router is too far away from the camera or there are too many cell phones are connected with the camera. Please ensure that the router is placed as close to the outdoor router as possible and reduce the number of devices/cell phones which are connected to the camera.
4. If you need to use SD card to store video,please kindly insert the SD card into the camera before connect it to the power adapter power. The SD Card is NOT included,please prepare the SD card by your own.Thanks for your understanding.
