Recommended usage level: 1-20%. Blend equal parts of oil with Polysorbate until the solution is clear before adding to the water or alcohol.

HBL: 16.7 (Compare: Polysorbate 20 = 16.7, Polysorbate 60 = 14.9, Polysorbate 85 = 11)

pH: 5-7 in 1% aqueous solution
