All our orders will be sent off within 1 day Monday to Friday.

Payments have to be cleared before any items are sent off. If you require faster delivery please check delivery rates.

We use royal mail for most of our deliveries but other couriers can could be used for heavier items.

1st class is 1-2 days

Other courier will be 2-3 days

All mail deliveries can be upgraded at buyers cost if urgent.

We ship items within our time frames stipulated and try to give the fastest service possible.

If a courier takes longer than the time frame please get in contact with us as we have no control over what they do in their delivery and especially over busy periods.

Extra info: If you are not in during the delivery please check for card and bring your id to your local royal mail depo within the 2 week period.

If u are not completely satisfied with your purchase or there is a fault please return within the 14 day period.

Items need to be returned in original unused package as they were sent out. Return postage will not be paid by the seller unless we were at fault.
