This book is a collection of the "Nude" series of works published by Haga Shoten around 1980.
It was published in a total of 10 issues, with the text and theme changing each issue, under the supervision of Ippei Ito, a critic who taught at the Tokyo College of Photography and is known for his numerous writings on nudes, and Eikoh Hosoe, a photographer representing postwar Japanese photography, with designer Mitsuo Katsui in charge of composition. The text and theme of each issue changed.
The theme of this fourth issue is "Gals Now" in all colors, with text by manga artist Yoji Kuri
Guid Mangold, born in Germany in 1934, began his freelance career in the late 1960s, emerging in magazines such as "Stern" and "Playboy" and gaining popularity alongside David Hamilton and Sam Haskins.
And Siwer Ohlsson, who was born in Sweden in 1940 and has been working as a professional photographer since around 1960.
