Instruction
The cured product of UV-curable additive manufacturing resin is cured layer by layer through a high-resolution UV projector to create a 3D printed object.
Molding process: The LCD device contains a liquid tank that can hold the resin, which is used to hold the resin. The LCD imaging system is placed under the liquid tank, and its imaging surface is located at the bottom of the liquid tank. Through energy and graphics control, it can be cured each time. Thickness and shape of a thin layer of resin (50μm/25μm) (this layer of resin is exactly the same as the cross-sectional shape obtained by cutting before). A lifting mechanism is set above the liquid tank, and each time the cross-sectional exposure is completed, it is pulled up to a certain height (the height is consistent with the layer thickness), so that the solid resin currently cured is separated from the bottom surface of the liquid tank and bonded to the lifting plate or On the resin layer formed in the last time, a three-dimensional entity is generated by exposing and lifting layer by layer, and finally a cured UV-curable additive manufacturing resin cured product after curing and molding is obtained.
Precaution

Storage method:
Please store the product in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive room, and not in a sun or humid place. The shelf life is 1 year. (The resin has the best effect when stored at 25-30 degrees)
