Wow - what an amazing vintage masterpiece!!! Seems to be like classic late 50's/early 60's era during when those styles were kind of changing over a bit. Original old Carol Brent tag still in the collar, this is like a pullover ribbed cotton jumper type fabric but in a dress, midi  length or slightly longer. The trim is again a more knit type sweater material at the collar and all the way down the button line, with little gold bead buttons, then the pretty obvious Seahorse logo on the front!!! Early example/predecessor to this style taking over everything from Izod Lacoste to Polo as we see everywhere today. Really great shape throughout too.
