Diamond Brite Oil Based Paint products provide a professional quality, high hide, alkyd finish with excellent stain removal. It is a durable gloss enamel that helps protect interior and exterior surfaces against repeated abrasion, rust and a variety of household chemicals. The paint dries extremely hard and will stand up against surfaces that receive high traffic use.

Where to Use: Wood, Drywall, Plaster, Masonry, Metal, Well-bonded Wallpaper, Brick, Stucco, Aluminum, and Cinder Block.

10-12 Hr Dry Time. 24 Hr Recoat Time. Mineral Spirits Clean-Up. Protect from freezing.

Mix the paint

Diamond Brite paint gets shaken prior to being shipped. The mixing on average lasts 2-7 days. Before using the paint mix the paint with a stir stick or paddle that adequately mixes any loose particles on the bottom of the paint can.

Must do's

All surfaces being painted must be cleaned and prepped before painting. This gives your paint a better surface to stick to.

The paint flows best with a natural bristle or a premium quality roller cover with a plastic center.

Do not apply subsequent coats until your current coat is dry. Diamond Brite Oil Enamel Paint has a dry time of 10-12 hours.

Temperature matters!

Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 60°F-90°F (15°C-32°C)

  • Paint under the right temperatures
  • Do not apply another coat until your current coat is 100% dry.
