EU size = normally in US size women:

42 --> 10,5/11
43 --> 11,5
EU size = normally in US size men:
36 --> 4/4,5
37 --> 5/5,5
38 --> 6/6,5
39 --> 7
40 --> 7,5
41 --> 8
42 --> 8,5/9
43 --> 9,5/10
44 --> 10,5/11
But attention: the sizes are very big. They are almost a size bigger than other shoes.
For example: a 39 in Buffalo London classic is almost a 40 in other shoes...
(sizes are bigger than a Converse all star for example)
