Our fully synthetic lubricants deliver superior performance with benefits including enhanced comfort with reduced noise, judder and vibration during opening and closing. Consistent smoothness and reliability at temperatures from -40°C to 130°C. Excellent compatibility with plastics and elastomers and very low co-efficient of friction. We supply both a high specification grease for the moving parts of your roof system and an oil for rubber seal and weather stripping treatment providing an excellent complete long term maintenance solution.

Dispensed from bulk supply into smaller use containers for your buying convenience, we offer a full grease and oil service kit for your car. You will receive one pot containing 10g of Special Grease/Paste (for tracks, sliders and mechanical parts) and one bottle containing 10g of Special Lubrication (Krytox) Oil (for seals and weather stripping). Also included is brush for applying the grease. The oil can be massaged into the seals effectively with a finger.

There are multiple application areas within a sunroof system that require lubrication from either a mechanical (drive system, control brackets, slides) or a noise mitigation (moving panels, roof system frame, body structure, weather stripping) standpoint. The movement of metal on plastic, weather stripping to glass or painted surfaces, among others, can generate noises typically described as squeaks, itches or judders. When failure of these components is not an option our lubricant kit is an ideal solution.

Slides, guides and tracks are often used in automotive and industrial applications where smooth operation – free of noise, vibration or harshness – is valued as a perception of quality. The rate of relative movement for these is typically slower than other applications, enabling higher-viscosity lubricants – potentially with some type of solid lubricant additive – to provide maximum performance benefits. Our lubricants feature the NVH control, low bleed and critical compatibility with metal/metal and metal/plastic (including fiber-reinforced plastics) materials to perform in applications where weight reduction cannot sacrifice durability.
