This is Vintage Mattel Color Clicks "Make jewelry in a snap" Necklace dated 1986. This is for ages 5 and over. The package is still sealed and has the original Payless drug store price tag at the right. The bubble around the jewelry is firmly attached to the card and some edge wear. There are some scuffs on the card and slight waviness to the card itself at the top and side.
