Warm Tips:

Q：What if the mobile phone can't search the recorder WiFi?

A: 1. Please confirm the blue or green breathing state of the device indicator (if the indicator is not breathing, try clicking the power button once to turn on the device WiFi hotspot).

2. Please keep your mobile phone close to the recorder (within 0.5m is recommended).

WDR - Wide Dynamic Range

When we drive on the road, we cannot choose whether the sun is directly in the field of view or in the opposite direction.

When the sun directly exposes the camera, the image will be overexposed (brighter image) and when in the opposite direction the image will be underexposed (darker image). So, how to get over and create a robust image so that it doesn't lose its details regardless of various light exposures?

That's when the D6's WDR feature comes into play. By activating the WDR function you will get a beautiful clearer and more robust image.

Q: How does the recorder format the memory card?

A: After the APP is successfully connected to the recorder, enter the real-time interface, click the setting button in the upper right corner to enter the setting interface, select Micro SD Card Manage, and then select Formatting to format. Or, click the Power Key three times of succession to format the memory card.

Q: How to deal with the abnormal memory when the dash cam is in use?

A: Format the memory card of the recorder. If the memory is still abnormal, it is recommended to replace it with a new memory card of Class 10 or above.

Q: Why the APP won't show the real time recording?

A: The APP needs to be connected to the DVR dedicated wireless network to watch videos in real time. Please switch the mobile WiFi network to "KAWA_D6_XXXX", and then enter the APP to view the real-time video.

Q: How to activate this dash cam's parking monitoring function?

A: KAWA D6 only supports 24-hour recording when connected to the parking monitoring line (not included in the package). If parking monitoring function is required, please purchase another parking monitoring cable and connect the hardwire kit to your fuse box. (If you do not know how to install the hard wire kit, please ask a professional for help)
