Vintage Islander Plastic Ukulele designed by Maccaferri.  Pat. Pending is stamped on headstock. Cream & rose colored plastic. From what research I have done this is a 1950's model. He started putting the Patents Pend. stamp on in 1951 from what I have read. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong about any information I have gathered. Please see picture # 24 my last picture. This is the only thing that resembles a crack or damage in any of the plastic to me. It is directly behind the nut in the headstock upper side if played right handed. It is a little over 1/8" hairline in the headstock plate. Otherwise shy of some surface scratches I can find no other cracks or serious damage. The fret board has a few shallow marks that may or may not buff out. I think it is all original tuning pegs but please check for your self as I am not an expert. I have done my best to light up and show all parts in detail. In total I believe this to be in great condition when placed up against other examples available. Thank you for looking.
