All of our items have been cleaned and sanitized for your protection.  We also clean the packaging before shipping.

Return Policy:

Items can be returned for a refund within 3 days of purchase (applies only to items that are return eligible and listed as such) in the exact same condition as it was received.  You, the seller, will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  If the item has additional parts such as with toys, etc, all these items must be included as well and include the packaging they were received in.  A refund request must be processed thru EBay via this link:  https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4041.  There is absolutely no returns on Internationally sold items.

Once this request has been received and we have consulted with you on options to make the sale right resulting in no viable resolve, we will promptly issue you refund once we receive the item in the same condition as it was when shipped to you.  If another option has been agreed upon, we will follow thru with that agreement.  If the decision was to return for a full refund or replacement and the item has been received by us, inspected, and deemed returned in the same condition as it was sold, we will issue you, the buyer, a full refund via the same method you chose to pay us by or send you a replacement.  Be advised that items returned to us are photographed before during and after inspection for your protection and ours.  This insures that you receive the necessary credit for the return.  We follow Ebay’s refund and return policy.  Please visit Ebay.com for the complete policy for resolving buying issues.
