10k Yellow Gold Roman Soldier Carnelian Intaglio Ring.   Weight is 10.8 grams.  Measures 0.85" (21.6mm) in diameter in its setting.  Comes in size 12.5 but may be sized.  In very good vintage condition.  I did not find a mark on the ring--most likely removed when it was sized at some point in time--but it tested 10k on a scratch test.
