This item is an in package WWF Jakks figure of the former WWF WWE NWA TNA Impact and current AEW All Elite wrestling star and New age Outlaws  DX D Generation X member the One Billy Gunn.  He was produced in 1999 by Jakks Pacific and is on its original sealed card with only minor wear to the edges and corners as can be seen in the photos.  It was part of Signature Series 5 red Edition.  It has a facsimile signature on his vest.  Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
