How does it work?
Your EliteDrive Throttle Controller amplifies the throttle signal going from the fly by wire pedal assembly into the ECU, by adding new points of reference for the throttle mapping, we are able to greatly reduce throttle lag, bring on power sooner in the pedal stroke and give you full control to tune the throttle response up and down across the various modes. The EliteDrive plugs directly into the pedal command module, thereby not requiring any OBDII port interface. Most installs can be done in less than 5-10 mins (plug and play installation).
Is it difficult to setup the Phone App and connection?
No its as simply as downloading the free app from Google / Apple app store and after installing the Smart Throttle you simply start the car without the engine on and hold down the throttle for 5 seconds to sync the app to your car. Now it automatically connects as soon as you open the app anytime in the future.
Does EliteDrive Throttle Controller increase power out?
No, the EliteDrive does not increase or adjust power levels. They make the power you have more accessible but do not adjust timing, air fuel ratio’s or engine mapping. EliteDrive drastically changes the way your car feels, with a faster response when you want it, or less response when you need it. Once installed, you will be surprised at the change in your vehicle for the better. It’s like giving your car Sport mode.

No technical knowledge is required, as your EliteDrive unit simply connects to your pedal assembly, using our OEM vehicle specific plugs that match your vehicle. Every EliteDrive device is custom programmed for each vehicle type and comes with custom OEM plugs to fit the specific vehicle.
While the hardware of the device is the same, the unit is not able to be used across other makes & models. If your vehicle is not listed please contact us we should be able to supply a unit to fit your exact vehicle.
