This is a kitchen used, completely revised, 1954  "A Guide To Good Cooking" cookbook published by Lake of the Woods Milling Company, Limited the makers of Five Roses Flour.  The cookbook has staining, creasing to some of the pages and lots of wear. The book measures approximately 9 inches high by 6 1/4" wide by 3/4" thick. It has 266 pages, three fold out full colour meat charts and 12 pages of recipe index in a plastic comb binding.
