The causes and remedies for the image of the capture board not being displayed:


1. If you look for a reason and a solution for the capture image not appearing, check with the following ways.


Since the connection of each cable may be defective, please try to reconnect, replace another cable, or replace the terminal to be connected.

When use the USB3.0 cable connecting to a PC, and if the USB2.0 terminal is connected, there will be problems such as no video, then please connect the USB3.0 terminal.

Regarding the previous question, if you use a USB hub, the image on the capture card will not be displayed, so connect the USB cable directly to your PC.

If a snapshot software other than OBS is opened at the same time, the image will not be displayed on OBS, so please only start OBS and check.

When displaying video on OBS, use a video capture device, but it may not be displayed due to temporary problems, please delete the source once and set it again.

Since it has been used before, the HDCP of PS4/PS5/iPad may be canceled, but HDCP may be enabled, so please check the settings.

Connecting the power of the PC to the power strip The rare symptom of the capture board not working properly due to insufficient power occurs on the power strip wired, so please connect the power of the PC directly to an outlet as much as possible, or connect the power supply as much as possible. Try reducing the number of devices connected to the faucet.

Related to the description of the previous one, there is a power setting in the settings of the PC, but please check whether it is a high-performance setting.

Make sure the power light of the capture card is on. If it is on, check Device Manager to see if the capture card is disabled. If it is disabled, turn it on. If you don't see the capture card, replace the USB port on your computer.

2. If no sound, please try to solve it with the following methods.


Do not connect other audio equipment such as headphones, speakers, etc. to the signal source.

The OBS audio output device needs to select the capture card.

Change the audio settings of the computer from 48000Hz (DVD quality) to 44100Hz (CD quality), and restart OBS to return to normal.
