These are fascinating just to have a browse through. There are two aspects I find in reading some of the advice. One is that folk certainly had a lot more common sense in the 1930s. The other is how much is still relevant. Yes of course time has moved on, nevertheless certain aspects of what is written in these 'self help' or 'advice' books we could do with adopting in the current turbulent times we seem to live in.

These are in great condition and would make a decorative addition to any bookcase.
