The 22pc ASR Outdoor Gold Prospecting Equipment Set is easily accessible for intermediate and more experienced prospectors however, it also makes a great starter kit for enthusiastic beginner hobbyists who are looking for a collection of gold prospecting equipment that covers all the bases to get started in gold panning. This gold panning kit includes the following components: 1/8 inch sifter pan, x1 10 and 14 inch dual riffle gold pan, x1 plastic scoop, x1 rock pick hammer, x2 snuffer bottles, x10 glass storage vials, x1 pair of magnifying tweezers, x1 8 pound magnetic pick up tool and x1 testing stone.
The backbone of this kit are the dual riffle pans and the classifier screen. This ASR Outdoor kit includes 1/8 (fine) inch classifier sifting screen that will allow you to classify down material to pan-able pay dirt, removing larger unwanted materials like rocks and gravels, leaving you with just sand and fine gravels and hopefully, gold or other valuable materials. The 1/8 inch sifter has a wire thickness of 0.6mm, is constructed of heavy duty ABS plastic and is designed to stack on top of a five gallon bucket. The included dual riffle gold pans feature coarse and fine riffles, and are perfect for panning out fine gold flakes and larger gold nuggets; the high contrast green color will help you identify gold when it is in the base of the pan against other unwanted material. This kit also includes a handy 8 pound black sand magnet, which helps to quickly and efficiently remove any magnetically rich iron material from your gold pan.
This also includes a scoop to help you collect material for classifying and gold panning. Furthermore, this gold panning kit also includes a 32oz rock pick hammer to assist with breaking up tough rocks and loosen soil for your paydirt when the scoop isn’t enough. As far as gold prospecting equipment accessories are concerned, this kit includes x2 snuffer bottles to retrieve gold flour, gold flakes, small gold nuggets and other valuable material from your gold pans; there are also x10 collection vials (5 small and 5 large), these glass vials have screw on caps and will safely secure found gold. You'll also find a pair of 4X magnifying tweezers for examination purposes and a testing stone to later test the karat content of your findings.
