Ceramic bar utensil holder in the shape of a jolly man in a top hat holding onto a lamp post.  Has 3 "pockets" to store utensils.  Includes the 6 utensils shown.  Good pre-owned condition, there are a few small chips in the painted finish, as shown in the photos with the red arrows. The pictures show the actual item that you will receive.  Approx. 11 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" wide x 5" deep.  No maker marks except for a small "3" stamped on the bottom.
