Vintage Original 1960s Teacher's Application for Certificate in Jersey City, New Jersey & Other Papers

There are 11 Pages altogether and some are stapled, one transcript request for Rutgers, and 3 envelopes.

Years range from 1962 to 1965.

These items are in vintage condition with creasing, tearing, edge wear and discoloration.  The envelopes have the heaviest wear.  Some of the application is filled out in ink.
