• The following figure shows the cooling curve of 12 1ml loaded test tubes placed in the product at 20 ℃ and in the refrigerator at - 80 ℃ for 5 consecutive times.
• How to use?
• 1. Put the cryopreservation tube containing cells into the program cooling box stored at room temperature, and cover the cooling box.
• Note: If the single use amount is less than 12 tubes, there is a frozen tube filled with the same volume of frozen medium (such as water, culture medium, etc.).
• 2. Put the program cooling box into the - 80 ℃ refrigerator and freeze it for more than 4 hours to achieve the freezing effect.
• 3. Take out the program cooling box and quickly move the cryopreservation tube to the liquid nitrogen environment for storage or other subsequent operations.
• 4. After use, place the program cooling box in the room temperature environment, and wait for the program cooling box and alloy core to recover to the room temperature for standby.
• Attention Please!
• 1. Before putting into the refrigerator, please ensure that the metal ring is placed flat at the bottom of the box and the cover is properly covered.
• 2. Avoid being close to other substances after putting it into the refrigerator, and make sure there is a 25mm gap around.
• 3. Please put it in a dry and cool place when it is idle, and please avoid high temperature or ultraviolet light above 60℃.
• 4. It is strongly recommended to check the cell activity after cryopreservation, and then terminate the culture of the original cell line.
• Cleaning and maintenance
• 1. Clean the interior with a rag or with a ear ball.
• 3. After the box is taken out of the - 80 ℃ refrigerator, it can be reused after being placed at room temperature for 5min.
