The board is made using intarsia technology from high quality wood species. The pieces come with a weight that makes them stable on the board. The base of the figures is covered with green felt, which makes it easier to slide on the board and does not scratch it. The inner surface of the board is "personal" cells for figures, covered with soft green felt.
