We will always give you as much information that waspassed onto us when we purchased or acquired items. We will describe themto the best of our ability and point out any flaws or damages.  Pleaserefer closely to our photographs (which are part of the listing), as they willsometimes speak for themselves and are a pertinent asset to the listing text.

We are not experts, nor are we (or ever have been) an Antique Dealer.  ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE PLACING A BID ORMAKING A PURCHASE, as by placing a bid or making your purchase, you agree tothe terms and conditions presented.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY:  We use USPS Priority Mailshipping on an item, which includes insurance on the item you have purchased.  We are doing this for “our” protection, andit guarantees you tracking and insurance on the item (mostly those under$50.00).  If the item is damaged orbroken in shipping, please contact your local post office for a refund on theitem.  Since we insure all our shipmentsby the best shipping offered with insurance, we do not issue refunds on itemsdamaged in shipping.  If you choose a differentshipping method, refunds and returns WILL NOT be accepted.  (We reserve the right to change courier toprovide the best shipping options for our buyers to receive their items timelyand safely.

Any shipment damaged, please send us a copy of thephotos of the shipping label, each side of the package and the damaged item,which are the same photos required by the USPS office or any carrier for theinsured item.

Insurance is highly recommended for fragile items, andfor those over $50.00, so please do not hesitate to inquire about thiscoverage.

Once items are handed over to the courier, we assume noliability for items damaged during shipment if you wish to have your purchaseshipped without insurance, but they will Always be packed with the utmostcare so as to reach you in the condition you are seeing them in and areshipping with a minimum of $50 insurance using USPS Priority Mail. 

CONCERNS:  Please contact us with any issue you have with the itemreceived.  If item is excepted as areturn, buyers are responsible for the returned shipping (USPS Priority MailONLY), as most of our items are shipped at no additional charge to you, ourcustomer.

Should any problems arise, IMMEDIATE contact would beappreciated, as issues can and will be dealt as these items are often in"Used", "As-Is/As-Found" Condition. With that said, THERE ARENO RETURNS ON THESE ITEMS UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE in the abovepolicy.
