Enlightenment of the front lens of a bluish-violet hue.

The focus ring - a characteristic shape - is a hybrid of a nut and a gear. This shape provides a secure grip. However, the ring is located close to the camera body, which makes it not very convenient to focus. A full turn of the focus ring is 180 degrees.

The diaphragm control ring is thin, ribbed. Located almost at the very end of the lens. Aperture control is convenient.

The aperture blades are blackened and there are a lot of them - as many as 10 pieces. On any diaphragm, the petals form an almost even circle.

On SLR cameras, the lens can only be used as a Macro.

The quality of the image given by the lens is not high. Complaints about sharpness and contrast are common on the web. The lens is very afraid of backlight.

However, the drawing of Industar-26m is not without a pleasant originality.
