Question: What we can do if it can't record video normally?

Answer: You can change the TF card; change the resolution, frames per second; insert the larger capacity memory card; make sure the card has been installed correctly(during the installation process; you should hear a clicking sound),delete unnecessary files from the memory card to release space.

Question: When the car is turned on, why can't it turn on automatically? / Why keep shutting down and restarting?

Answer: Please use our original car charger cable, otherwise, some problems will occur. If it still occurs, please tell us, and we will solve it for you.

Question: What maximum size memory card is supported?

Answer: XGODY H13 model support 256GB MicroSD card max, class 10 with branded memory card will be better. (not included）

Question: Does the rear camera record while driving forward or only when reversing?

Answer: The rear camera always records both while driving forward and reversing. You can check the video on the dash cam.

Question: No longer loop recording?

Answer: No, SIM card and TF card are not included either. It contains a USB cable, a user manual, a HD film, a tempered film, and a cell phone case.The reason why the device will no longer loop video recording is that the video in the SD card cannot be overwritten. In other words, the file is locked completely and cannot be overwritten. Please format the SD card manually. Then adjust the protection level to medium or low.

Question: Does the dash cam has built-in battery?

Answer: The dash cam has a very small built-in battery, less than 240mA, it cannot support the dash cam working a long time even it is fully charged. So if you want the dash cam working after engine off, we recommend to use hard wire kit(not include) to install your dash cam or connect it to an external power.
