Here we have...a BEAUTIFUL pair of Meissen inspired, GIRL and BOY with baskets, SPILL VASES.
Produced by the famous CONTA BOEHME factory, Germany, in a biscuit (bisque) porcelain that has been HAND PAINTED to highlight the decoration.

Impressed with the design number : 8567 to both.
The styling and backstamp used indicates a manufacture date from around 1890.

DISPLAY NICELY but are not perfect.

NO crazing; NO repairs. There is damage to both pieces* - especially the boy's basket and a firing crack to the base of the little girl.

They each measure approx.: 21cm high x 10cm (max) wide.

The pair weighs c.625 grams before EXTREMELY SAFE & CAREFUL packing.

*Please view the photos provided for the best indication of the condition of this old, antique pair of spill vases.
