Warranty Replacement Policy
- 5am.autoparts offers limited warranty for replacement items within 90 days that is valid from the date of the order is printed on the invoice.
If an item is damaged during shipping, or defective, or fail within 03 months warranty period, you can return for replace. We will be immediately sent out the same warranty item.
- Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price.
- We are not responsible for items that subjected to abuse (off-road, competition), commercial use, improper installation, accident, or normal wear.
- We will not warranty any/all parts which are not installed by an ASE certified mechanic.
- We reserve the right to refuse any item return that does not meet the requirements in this warranty.
- Customer responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty replacement.
Return policy
- 5am.autoparts accepts the returns for an item for a refund within 30 days after the date that an item is delivered. A refund will be given as money back or replacement if the return items are in original condition:
* Have not been installed.
* Still in original packaging.
* Have not been used.
* Are not damaged due to improper installation.* Do not have missing any part.
- If any return item that is not in its original condition and the reasons for the return are not a result of 5am.autoparts’s errors, customer have pay for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee can be applied to the return item.
- If there is the proof of error on our parts, customer can obtain pre-paid shipping label for their return of merchandise (continental U.S only).
- If the items are received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise returned.
- 5am.autoparts does not accept return of the product from purchases older than 30 days.
