This is a girls size medium 8-10 masquerade ball Halloween costume.

It includes a dress that measures 12" from one underarm to the other and stretches tight at 14" across. The length from the top of the bust down is 27"

It includes a pull over dress, fishnet stockings, fishnet sleeves, and a mask with silver sequins on it.
