There is no background to the decal...decals are die-cut.

Clear transfer tape allows for accurate alignment.  The clear tape must be removed after the decal is rubbed down.

Apply to most clean, smooth surfaces.

Decals are usually shipped same/next day.

Orders are sent by USPS First Class mail.
