Condition: FAIR. Cover shows wear but is still readable. Binding fully intact. Spine unbroken. Bumped corners and edgewear, consistent with age. Minor staining and light browning of pages. Loss at bottom of pages 7 and 65 that does not affect text or readability (see photos). Ink signature and date (1894) of former owner on first blank page and also on last blank page (dated 1895). Interior mostly free of any other writing. Rear gutter with 3 small torn areas over staples (original binding).
