Same Working Day Shipping Policy

30 Days Return Policy

At Premium Automotive Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return any unused, uninstalled, and undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be in the same condition as when received, with all original parts, manuals, and packaging included.

How to Return an Item:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us through eBays messaging system to start the return process.
2. Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).
3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns that are not due to seller error for some items.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days after we receive the return.

Rebuild service (What we do with your caliper);

• Strip the caliper
• Clean the components and caliper casings
• Rebuild Caliper using new piston seals, bleed screws, and rubber boots/gaiters if required and fresh copper washers are sent with every set of calipers.
• Pistons, Pad pins and brake pads are charged extra if required.

Refurbishment service (What we do with your caliper);

• Strip the caliper
• Clean the components and caliper casings
• Grit blast the caliper casings back to bare metal
• Recoat in new paint using a color of your choice - we have many different colors available please ask !
• Rebuild Caliper using new piston seals, bleed screws, and rubber boots/gaiters if required and fresh copper washers are sent with every set of calipers.
