For those of you in the UK, it seems that a new VAT rule is in effect and that you may be assessed a 20% import charge for trailers exceeding 15 quid [$ 19.70].  According to the UK Customs, the incoming value is determined by the item's actual cost and the shipping fee.  You can get more information by visiting www.uk.gov.
