・The direct fire part has a thick finish that stores heat and gently transfers it, providing excellent heat retention.

・The far-infrared effect allows heat to pass through to the core of the rice, making the rice fluffy.

・Since it is a double lid, it functions as a pressure cooker and prevents boiling over.

・If you extend the cooking time by about 1 minute, you can make fragrant rice.

・Made from coarse clay unique to Iga.

・Takikomi (gomoku) rice and brown rice can also be cooked deliciously.
